If you do not have a teaching credential, you can still substitute with the consortium.
However, you will need to obtain an “Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit”.

The consortium is proud to provide substitute services to five elementary school districts (28 total schools) in the Northern Coastal area of San Diego county. We serve students from preschool to 8th grade.
